
Classic Daiquiri
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Martí Plata Rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.75 oz simple syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
Garnish: lime wheel
Instructions:
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish.
Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Martí Plata Rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
• 0.25 oz peach liqueur
• 1 strawberry
• Garnish: strawberry slice
Instructions:
Gently muddle strawberry in a cocktail shaker. Add other ingredients and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish. For a frozen daiquiri, blend all ingredients with ice, pour into a coupe, and garnish


Hemmingway Daiquiri
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Martí Plata Rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz grapefruit juice
• 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 0.25 oz oz simple syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
• Garnish: lime wheel

Passionfruit Daiquiri
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Martí Plata Rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz passionfruit liqueur
• 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
• Garnish: half passion fruit

Piña Colada
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Martí Plata Rum
• 1.5 oz pineapple juice
• 1.5 oz cream of coconut
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• Garnish: pineapple slice
Instructions:
Shake ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish. For a frozen piña colada, blend all ingredients with ice, pour into a coupe glass, and garnish.
Mojito
Ingredients:
• 2 oz Martí Plata Rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.75 oz simple syrup (1 sugar : 1 water)
• 6 mint leaves
• Garnish: mint sprig and lime slice
Instructions:
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass, add crushed ice, and garnish.
